A win in the NFL regardless of how ugly all counts the same. They will play better the rest of the season the season if they don't it will be the only win they get.

Listened to the game on Sirius XM which for some strange reason was an entire 3 - 4 minutes behind real time.

We won this game because we played one of the few teams left in the league that's worse then we are.....period.

Luck. We needed luck, been awhilen we'll take it. Browns always play this team tough. And I'm paper they got slme really good players. Their defense isn't a slouch by any means. I'll take the bounce of the ball going our way for once in a long time.

It's a win.
This team did nothing to change the narrative that they play like shit in the first couple games of the season. Having said that, if we won one of the first two games last year, we would have gone into the playoffs on a massive hot streak. So for now, I'll take the win and be happy about it.
We aren't going to play Myles Garrett every week, thank God.
We should be able to handle the Jags next week. I will start worrying more if we look like crap again.
One positive on defense. Demetrius Knight showed up. Ten total tackles in his debut. Shamar Stewart didn't have any stats, but he did show up in the backfield a couple of times in the second half. I don't know how many snaps he was actually on the field for.
Also, the rush defense looked better than it's looked in years. Longest run given up the entire game was five yards.
Unfortunately, if we can't cover in the backfield, none of it will matter.

Think the defense looked good. Battle lead the team in tackles. Think knight was second. I take it.Jmble wrote: ↑Sun Sep 07, 2025 4:56 pmIt's a win.
