Yeah, it was pretty much inevitable. Beavis has made no secret of the fact that's what he's wanted for some time now.4256 Hits wrote: ↑Tue Jul 23, 2024 9:39 pmI expected that would happen after they went to 17 games.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 23, 2024 8:25 pmAri Meirov @MySportsUpdate

You'd have to believe an 18 game schedule will cannibalize another preseason game so then we'd be down to two. And most likely an 18 game regular sesdon will include another bye week as well.
The Super Bowl would be played on President's day weekend and if they're smart, they'll expand the rosters as well. Logically, there's going to be more injures too.

WTF...!?!
Teams now have to declare their intention to do an onside kick before doing it, the team must be losing when the kick happens and they are not allowed to make an onside kick until the fourth quarter.

I would not like this....

Update on Brandon Aiyuk:
-- The Steelers and #49ers have a deal on a potential trade and PIT is in a good place on an Aiyuk contract, sources say. If SF gives the final sign-off, it's done.
-- SF has an offer out to Aiyuk on a long-term deal for him to stay. He hasn't accepted.

#Vikings first-round QB JJ McCarthy underwent a full meniscus repair this morning and is out for the 2024 season, sources tell me and @TomPelissero.
The repair, done by Dr. Chris Larson at Twin Cities Orthopedics, gives McCarthy the best chance at a long, successful career as a douchebag.
