Is that a big difference from 2021?

Baker has tested positive for Covid. This late in the week he cannot play this weekend, or shouldnt play this weekend. I'm sure several other Browns players and coaches will announce results soon as well. I believe Stefansky has it too.

This will put the dagger in the Brown's post season chances unless they can pull off a miracle against the Raiders assuming Baker doesnt play. Given that their game is Saturday I just dont see how the NFL can let him on the field.
You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

If he's been vaccinated then he would need 2 negative tests before Saturday. If not, then he "getsa no coke"

From last night: The #Jaguars fired Urban Meyer, ending a debacle of a hire after less than a year.

Looks like Case Keenum is gearing up to start for the Browns. I have heard rumors that Baker is symptomatic but dont know for sure. Havent seen him in the news or disputing that rumor.

MAJOR EDIT!!!

Holy shit! Now Keenum has tested positive meaning that Nick Mullens will be the starter for CLE. If somehow Mullens goes down the Browns are seriously in a pickle. Either way, Nick Chubb either carries this offense on Saturday or the Browns go down and so do their playoff hopes. It is still possible that either Baker or Keenum could play but noone has verified if they are symptomatic or not....at least not publicly.
