Another way to put it is Geno is finding no team that wants to pay big money for an old broken down DT.

Why not just sign him to a cap friendly deal then allow him to retire here... It's not as bad as it may sound, plus he's our guy treat him fair but know that he's not got much left.

I have no problem bringing him back at right price I was just pointing out that no team wants to give him big money and that is the only reason he would consider coming back to Bengals.

Mrs B1 knows how much I got left and its evidently more than she can handle. But hey, I'm her guy and she treats me fair. I'll sign a one year deal with her anyday.

You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

I can't say I'm shocked since I predicted it when Perrine got resigned, but I honestly can't believe they couldn't get anything for him. Maybe this is a case where a Comp pick would likely be better than what people were offering in trade? He's not going to be anybody's star, but he's going to be valuable to somebody.
