At least Ross realizes he's a bust....
Paul Dehner Jr. (@pauldehnerjr)
John Ross confident in himself right now. Says it's all about playing 16 games healthy and making plays in every one. Understands why team didn't pick up 5th-year option: "I wouldn’t have picked up my option, either. It guarantees injury and I’ve been injured every single year."

Landing spot for Danica Patrick...
Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet)
#AZCardinals are planning to sign FA CB Dre Kirkpatrick, source said, pending his physical. He’s on a visit there and assuming all works out to finalize the deal, he would reunite with DC Vance Joseph. They were together with the #Bengals & Dre credits Joseph with his development

Good. They need to get better. And a better defense pushes the offense. Iron sharpens iron.

I mean, I
do, but not as much as I miss OSU football, which is where I most often hear that phrase.

No worries. The Bengals dont really need LBs anymore. We can get by with just one warm body, otherwise we would draft a few right? We'll start the season wearing out our dlineman with a futile pass rush and end the season killing our secondary when they have to make hundreds of tackles. Its the Bungles way.
You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

We went Linebacker in rounds 3,4 & 7. Remember the guy out of Wyoming, they guy out of Whatsamatta U and the guy out if Purdue that was always injured in college.
You guys acted like we struck gold with each of these picks and now you can't even remember drafting them...!?

Oh geez, I'm talking starters. Not guys that will start in Weeks 12-16 once our record hits 4-7. If this was our draft year for offensive starters I better see the MLB of the future drafted next year because Pratt ain't it. And while they may have been solid BPA picks in those rounds, we need an impact player at LB soon. Seriously, where is the next Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Junior Seau, Luke Keachley or James Harrison? Seems like a long running deficit of game changing LBs coming from the college ranks.
