* No changes coming in scouting department.
* No changes in way ownership, personnel and coaching staff work. "It's all collaborative.... This is Mr. Brown's team."
* What needs to change? "Our record."
* In short, Tobin believes tweaks can be made in the process of offseason planning. Tobin and ownership feel no need to change the personnel department making those plans.
