To be clear: The new NFL COVID protocols make it possible for anyone who's tested positive this week to "test back in" and play this weekend (yes, even if you tested positive today and play Saturday) as long as they're vaccinated and show no symptoms.

Understand this, I was mentioning earlier that there have been rumors flying that Baker is showing symptoms. And now I see an article over on Yahoo talking about his tweets today and he sounds a bit bent out of shape at the NFL and wanting them to delay the game. I think he may know he cant play.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 7:16 pmDan Graziano (@DanGrazianoESPN)

You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

Re: NFL News & Notes
WTF to announce new team name on February 2nd.
Per ESPN.....
The team announced Tuesday that it will reveal its new name on Feb. 2, 11 days before the Super Bowl. During a podcast in September with ESPN's Adam Schefter, WFT co-CEO Tanya Snyder confirmed that the final eight candidates were Armada, Presidents, Brigade, Red Hogs, Commanders, RedWolves, Defenders and Football Team.
Those names had previously been revealed, but some team personnel said that wasn't an official list. On the podcast, Schefter asked Snyder whether those were the candidates and she replied, "Yes." But Wright wrote on the team website on Tuesday that although Wolves -- and RedWolves by association -- were fan favorites, they would not work because of trademarks held by other teams.

Re: NFL News & Notes
Yikes this is horrendous. How many polls and marketing agencies did they burn through to come up with this? My money is on Red Hogs with something akin to an AR Razorback logo. I'm pretty sure that same lame marketing agency would sit around a table and get stuck on the idea that "Red" has to be in the name to appease fans.
Assuming some intelligence creeped into the room, given the choices, I would go with Defenders.
