5 will get you 10 they go out and draft another RB as well. He'll be younger and cheaper but will he be as good....?Jmble wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 9:54 amI can't say I'm shocked since I predicted it when Perrine got resigned, but I honestly can't believe they couldn't get anything for him. Maybe this is a case where a Comp pick would likely be better than what people were offering in trade? He's not going to be anybody's star, but he's going to be valuable to somebody.

No comp pick for players that teams release. Age has caught up with him. Lasted longer than more RB do.Jmble wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 9:54 amI can't say I'm shocked since I predicted it when Perrine got resigned, but I honestly can't believe they couldn't get anything for him. Someone pointed out that he’s the best pass blocking running back in the league, so chalk another one up for what we’re doing to protect Burrow

Statement from Gio....
Cincinnati, Ohio 4/7: I want to thank the Brown family and the Bengals organization for giving me the opportunity to play football in the National Football League. It's been a great eight years and I look forward to continuing my career in the NFL with whoever I sign with next. I am however, grateful to be getting out of town before I have to wear those new Bengals uniforms. Have you seen those things!?! They look like something a child would wear to bed! I ain't having none o' that sh*t! The fans in Cincinnati have been amazing! Except for that one guy on that Ohiosportsfans site, Meat-something or other. He was a d*ck!! Take care and God bless - Gio

Weak effort, but at least you're trying after letting us down on April Fools Day. I expect better next year.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 5:04 pmStatement from Gio....

Side note, how cool would it be to have a Bengals player running incognito on the board!
Gio was completely underutilized IMO. He had so much more to offer as a weapon. We wasted him as a blocker.
You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025
