In all honesty, I'd be okay with AJ staying on the sideline the rest of the preseason. Just give him some light workout to keep him in shape.

It would be different if he'd have the ability to get out there in a preseason game and run some routs with Burrow, but this preseason is so different that I'd rather he just try to be healthy for game one and see what we have from there.

That's pretty much what Zac's been quoted as saying as well.

1) Good Lord, he'd better not infect the team with COVID. Maybe give that dude multiple tests just to be sure, because that's just what we need.
2) I know his career has been hugely disappointing so far, but does anyone else remember the first game or two last year when it looked like he was taking the top off defenses and poised to have a huge year? If he can get that magic back and stay healthy, a combo of Green, Boyd, and Ross could be NASTY.

Burrow 6 of 6 with a TD to Tate om opening drive of #Bengals scrimmage. And that was with 3 false starts hurting the drive.
