The #Bengals are the first team to explicitly ban tailgating for the upcoming season. Stadium Capacity will also be greatly reduced and fans are expected to practice social distancing/wear face masks while inside Paul Brown.

Today is the deadline for the Bengals and A.J. Green to agree to a long-term deal. Otherwise, he plays on the one-year franchise tag worth $17.9 million, which is the most likely scenario.

A.J. Green WR, Cincinnati Bengals
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports the Bengals and franchise-tagged WR A.J. Green are not expected to get a deal done ahead of Wednesday's 4pm ET deadline. The two sides haven't come close to meeting in the middle over the last calendar year and will unlikely get there prior to Green hitting unrestricted free agency in 2021. 32 in July, he'll instead make $17.9 million on the franchise tag this upcoming year. Although Green has made it known he doesn't want to play on a one-year deal, he's still expected to report to camp. He ultimately has little leverage to holdout and avoid the regular season for the second straight year.

My guess is at this point Green comes back and plays under the franchise tag for one year to help out Burrow and show the rest of the league he's healthy. Then he'll leave for greener pastures after the season.
That's assuming there even is a 2020 NFL Season....

#Bengals draft picks begin signing as they show up. Logan Wilson, Akeem Davis-Gaither, Hakeem Adeniji and Markus Bailey all put pen to paper.

That seems like a lot to give up for a safety.

Burrow has signed.
From Schefter
No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow has agreed in principle to a $36.1M contract with the Bengals pending a physical later this week, source tells ESPN.
Burrow is receiving 100% of his $23.88M signing bonus from the Bengals within 15 days of executing his contract.
