Gronk, Everett, Conklin

I do not want Oj freaken Howard.

He played with Brady and only managed like 134 yards total all year!?

Hell keep Sample for that. He can do better than OJ
I saw in another discussion that somebody mentioned Howard was waaayy underutilized in the Bucs offense.

Gronk aint happening. So given the options you posted, give me Conklin. At least the production is there which indicates to me he's able to break coverage and get open. Thats the one thing I loved about CJ is when Burrow needed that route, CJ always seemed to get open.
You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

Conklin will give you that but that's about it. He doesn't run well after the catch and he doesn't have the bigger body that will get you that extra yard when you absolutely need it like CJ did. Conklin would be a step in the wrong direction. I want someone that's a bigger body type that's going to get that extra yard or two. Why the FIRETRUCK did we let CJ go!! I'm really pissed about this one!

I like Everett. I watched him play a little bit when I had him on my Fantasy team. Looking at his stats, they were pretty much identical to Uzomah's stats. Everett is a year younger. He's not as big of a presence as Uzomah is. Everett is 6'3, 240 pounds while Uzomah is 6'6, 265 pounds.

In 2021 - Everett, PFF Grade - 63.5, 59 Targets, 48 receptions, 478 yards, 4 touchdowns.

In 2021 - Uzomah, PFF Grade - 62.0, 62 Targets, 49 receptions, 493 yards, 5 touchdowns.

He had some problems with drops in 2020 with 7, but he got that down to 3 in 2021 and had zero drops in 2018 or 2019.

OJ Howard is a strange one. He seems like he has all the talent in the world, but for whatever reason, The Bucs have never seen him as consistent option. I wouldn't be against bringing him in.

I'd rather have Uzomah or Gronk than either of these two, but that seems to be out the window at this point.

I am fine with them not signing CJ for 8 mil a year. That money can be better spent on OL or DL or CB. The locker room is is a good place right now with many good leaders so that can be covered. He is also reaching the age where many NFL players production can fall off quickly.

Saying that they do need to bring in a replacement because Sample isn't getting it done.

Agree with the money the Jets gave him. And totally agree that we can't have Samples as our no 1 going into the season. No wayyyyyyyy

The #Bengals don't plan to tender RFA WR Stanley Morgan, per source. He'll become an unrestricted free agent tomorrow at 4 p.m. ET.

Meh, good luck to him. He'll be replaced by a late round pick or maybe Auden Tate if he's still lurking.

BENGALS TALK @bengalstalk
Word is that rotational nose tackle Josh Tupou, a 350-pound land mass, is close to coming back.

Clark Harris is back. Good move. No need to create a hole where we don't need one.

haven't had any issues with the long snapping since he came around.

He will be 38 on opening day.
