This is not a discussion about have money or have not, they do. This is a discussion of can and won't. Or could, but they suck at it. Either way, nobody here trusts this current regime to make any positive moves, draft or otherwise. The older FAs we pick up such as Reisner are solid. But they aren't helping the future of the franchise. They plug holes for two years and then they're gone. I have little faith, no matter how much cap space we have.
