A change in coaching will renew optimism and lift spirits in both Joe and the rest of the team or course we as fans know that the coach the Bengals hire will likely suck as bad as Taylor does based on who is hiring him.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 11, 2025 12:54 pmI lean more towards JoeB's position on this one.
While I agree with Meat to a point, this is probably being blown up to some extent, that does not mean Joe isn't having serious internal issues.
That same competitive fire that got him back on the field early after his toe injury is also causing him to question the how and why of the teams current situation.
I'm actually glad he's speaking about it publicly. It puts some more pressure on the organization to get things done this off-season. It also helps validate the fans and media's feelings about how poorly this teams run.
With any luck, Pumpkin is listening and taking Joe seriously.

Yeah, I have zero faith in that the FO would even hire someone capable of making this team better.4256 Hits wrote: ↑Thu Dec 11, 2025 1:53 pmA change in coaching will renew optimism and lift spirits in both Joe and the rest of the team or course we as fans know that the coach the Bengals hire will likely suck as bad as Taylor does based on who is hiring him.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 11, 2025 12:54 pmI lean more towards JoeB's position on this one.

I mean. You have a QB that YOULL never have again. Loved the thought of turning this franchise around! Wanted to be here. All smiles!! Get him a got dam coach and 2 or 3 defensive FAs and let's go! How fcking hard is this!? Not nooooooooo! Mikey is a penny pincher. He'll have to spend money and alot of it which he will not do....yeah yeah yeah they spent it on Burrow and the big 3.... but UNTIL he makes this team better I'm not impressed with this team and I havent been for 2 years now. Last years off season was a total nightmare F Agency and Draft wise....if this continues another year or 2 this franchise and its QB is THROUGH. DUNN.....I had a sneaking suspicion we would ruin Burrows career when we drafted him but the SB gave me hope and seriously they havent done anything since.

“The narrative that y’all are trying to paint on him right now, I don’t see it.”
2 minutes with Ja’Marr Chase, regarding Joe Burrow & his press conference yesterday.
Some quotes from Ja’Marr:
“I thought this was an AI. Did this really happen? That’s real?”
“He don’t look like he’s bummed to be here. He looks the same everyday.”
“Y’all be putting some clues together, boy, I swear.”
“He comes to work ready to play … No negativity in the building from him.

So I think the quote didn't show 100% of the picture. He stated at the end of that interview that there were a lot of factors, some of which were outside of football. A question was asked about if it was with football or outside of football and his answer lead me to believe it's more outside of football that may be bothering him. Maybe a girl issue? My wife likes to follow his new GF and her insight is his new GF is more of a gold digger, instagram need attention all the time type of girl.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 11, 2025 6:11 pmCaleb Noe @CalebNoeTV

Dan Orlowski saying and trying to drum up news about what team may try to trade for him is just that, drummed up news.

James Pearce, Atl rookie who I wanted him or Emmanwori just recorded his 6th sack I'm 6 straight games and number 8 for the season.
This is exactly what's wrong with this franchise. Always choosing potential over production.
I will bet anyone here 100 bucks that Stewart doesn't record 8 sacks in 3 years.

Nothing in here we haven't already covered ourselves. But its nice to see the sports media holding the teams feet to the fire...

I'm not arguing that Joe wants out, but its obvious hes a bit frustrated and so are the fans. I'm not claiming Joe is gonna want out after this year, however, he wants to be one the great ones and I'm seriously thinking and believing that hes at a roadblock thinking if he can here or not. Again, its a lot of pressure on him to be absolutely perfect every game, that takes a toll on you mentally. All I'm saying is things better get better or yes, he will Crack and pull a Palmer- they all do, he won't be the first bengals qb or the last if things dont drastically change soon. Hell I would of i knew the owner was going to do much to help me and draft a bunch of slugs the last few years that no one else wanted. Have to do the math and at the end of it doesn't add up to Burrow believing in tbe front office or duke then hes gonna do whats best for him and his future.

Joe needs a new coach to get his excitement back. I think he does get one this off season but not real confident the replacement will be any better.
