Cardinals re-signed OG Will Hernandez to a one-year contract.

Hernandez suffered a season-ending ACL tear during the Cardinals’ Week 5 game against the 49ers last year. His signing provides depth to the Cardinals’ interior offensive line.

Brandon Scherff has apparently retired according to some of his own social posts. Not that he was a long term option, but he could have been an inexpensive plug-in if things don't improve.

You guys are going go be severely disappointed at the team they've put together this year. Severely disappointed. - Joe Bananas 8/18/2025

Nice! In other news, after watching the Browns /Eagles game it is apparent to everyone that Dillon Gabriel and B1 would both be assessed by Mrs B1 with the same description. They're both "a little short"

I hope ya'll are ready for the Bengals D to jumpstart the Hall of Fame discussion for Shadeur in Wk 1.

Why did anyone believe Mikey was going to sign anyone now? He hasn't since March....what's changed? Nothing
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

the good news, going INTO this season we all know what we must do. score 50+. can not rely on the defense.

BREAKING: The #Browns have officially named Joe Flacco as their Week 1 starting QB vs. the Bengals.

The 40-year-old will be making his first Week 1 start since 2022, when he was with the Jets.

I understand what you're getting at, that things could always be worse. But I'm not sure i agree with that sentiment. Not necessarily in our case at least.

Is it better to go into a season with such a crummy team you have no realistic hope or is it worse to have an actual contender to root for but be just short in critical areas and your teams management won't pay to fix it...?

I could make an argument that whatever happens this coming season, Browns fans won't be disappointed because they knew going in wins would be scarce.

While Bengal fans will agonize over every 31 - 34 loss that could have gone differently if we'd just made one more stop on defense.

Browns fans know they're looking at a really high draft pick next year that might help turn the situation around in Cleveland.

Bengal fans know we'll probably win just enough games to finish in the middle of the league and be left with the 16th or 17th pick. (Which we'll probably use on a TE  )

Being perpetually one or two key players away from actually contending for a Super Bowl has its own misery. :|
