I didn't get that from the interview post game. This team has been making second half adjustments and it's shown. Some here just don't want to give credit where it's due.

OR

It could be that I put my baby in that Bengals jumper at half, sure that has to be what turned the tide!

Payton Manning was always the smartest player on any field. Tom Brady, etc.

I'm not saying Burrow is going to be these guys, hopefully he will, I'm saying is that yes, Burrow is probably alot smarter than his OC and HC, he probably would be on any team he's on to be honest.
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

I think its interesting to note that the play Burrow checked off to, that got us into field goal position near the end of the game, was a screen pass. Something no recent Bengals coach seems to ever have in their playbook...

Once Jmble sobers up (He was at the game last night) he'll no doubt start a thread on the teams grades. In the meantime, there's this...

Andrew Russell (@PFF_AndrewR)
Pass-Blocking grades along the OL last night:

Williams: 80.7
Spain: 77.0
Hopkins: 77.7
Carman: 43.5
Reiff: 58.5

I have not rewatched Carman’s reps yet, so cannot comment on his grade. But I thought he was much better than that, just my personal opinion.

Is there a guide on how they grade? I know Carman had that False Start critically late in the game, how is that applied? Is it applied? I was hoping to go back and look at it too, probably this evening with the good luck charm in my lap.

Something I'm interested too is the difference between the first and second half.

The five highest-graded #Bengals from last night were ALL on offense (min. 25 snaps):

1️⃣ C.J. Uzomah, TE- 88.2
2️⃣ Joe Burrow, QB- 87.7
3️⃣ Tyler Boyd, WR- 84.1
4️⃣ Jonah Williams, OT- 81.9
5️⃣ Quinton Spain, OG- 80.3
