Bengals Related News & Notes
Re: Bengals Related News & Notes
One of the less talked about aspects of a successful season like this is that it should make it easier to sign free agents in the off season.
What player doesn't want to play with Joe Burrow....?
Hopefully this kind of success will translate into more and easier free agent signings. Help shore up those weak areas like interior O-line and Linebacker etc...

We should be able to get some quality O-linemen, like Reif.stripesincarolina wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 1:59 pmFantastic observation. It's really only going to be a question of what SoP is willing to spend and in what areas....MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 2:14 pmWe should be able to get some quality O-linemen, like Reif.stripesincarolina wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 1:59 pmFantastic observation. Does anyone have any idea if Ossi could be healthy for a playoff run? If that's the case I would think this defense could be very dangerous with him as a rusher!

I think I've read in twatter from some writers that they don't expect him to play. But I'm not sure either way.MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 3:25 pmDoes anyone have any idea if Ossi could be healthy for a playoff run? C.J. Uzomah said he’s preparing like he’s playing on Sunday.
“We’ll see."

Hey CJ can only sit about 10 players and you will not be one of those 10 that need "protected". An average TE typically don't rest up for the play-offs.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 8:16 pmCharlie Goldsmith (@CharlieG__)MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 3:25 pmDoes anyone have any idea if Ossi could be healthy for a playoff run?
