Re: Bengals 2024 Schedule.
Hmmmm.....very intriguing and opportunistic schedule from end to end. Of course OB is going with 17-0, we all know that. Cruiser will tell us Superbowl and we heard it here first. But keeping it real, there are easily 12 wins in here. This schedule is quite a bit easier than I thought it would be. And I love the late bye. That should set up nicely for a playoff run.
I'll go ahead and buy those Panthers tickets now. Nice fall game in the south.

Re: Bengals 2024 Schedule.
What an easy start. Shocking really. Gotta get out hot. Brutal stretch in Nov with 3 games in like 10 days. Don’t love the stoolers as the last game of the season….
But who cares 13-4 (2 losses to Cleveland) and Super Bowl champs you heard it here first

Re: Bengals 2024 Schedule.
All in all it's not a bad schedule however there are some tough stretches in there. Right after the bye week we get Pitt then 3 games in 10 days ending with Cleveland at home Dec. 19th.
Rumor has it and I heard this from 700 wlw so you know it's "somewhat" credible sources in the league office wanted Burrow to have an easier schedule in the beginning of the year to knock the dust off. Well I'm not sure you can start off much easier then NE who has no clue who they are anymore, Washington, who's been a dumpster fire for the last decade and Carolina, who just haven't been able to put anything together down there since Cam left them the first time. Realistic we could be 4-0 going into Baltimore week 5, or at the very least 3-1.
All in all as long as we avoid the huge injury bug I think this is a 12 to 13 win season. #1 seed in play if we win week 2.

Is there any proof the NFL really fixes schedules in this manner...?MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 8:45 amRumor has it and I heard this from 700 wlw so you know it's "somewhat" credible sources in the league office wanted Burrow to have an easier schedule in the beginning of the year to knock the dust off.
Re: Bengals 2024 Schedule.
I am not buying it. Plus no way NFL would "fix" things the favor of small market team in Cincy.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 12:09 pmIs there any proof the NFL really fixes schedules in this manner...?MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 8:45 amRumor has it and I heard this from 700 wlw so you know it's "somewhat" credible sources in the league office wanted Burrow to have an easier schedule in the beginning of the year to knock the dust off.

Re: Bengals 2024 Schedule.
I'm put the the "somewhat" credible in there for a reason. Again this is what I heard on 700wlw before the schedule was even out you take it how you wish. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they did do something like this, it's literally the NFL's job to make sure they have the best product on the field for the viewing enjoyment. This is a business fellas and the NFL doesn't have the reputation of doing the best thing evenly across the board all the time.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 12:09 pmIs there any proof the NFL really fixes schedules in this manner...?MeatHeadbengal wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 8:45 amRumor has it and I heard this from 700 wlw so you know it's "somewhat" credible sources in the league office wanted Burrow to have an easier schedule in the beginning of the year to knock the dust off.
