Browns keep browning, give Jeudy a three-year $58 million extension with $41 million guaranteeed.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/397 ... -extension
That is crazy money for a slightly above average starting WR.
Emphasis on the "slightly."
Yes I was being kind by adding slightly above in front of average. I don't think he is any better than Boyd and he will make a lot less money next year.

Latham is the pick at 18 if he's there.
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

I'm giving my opinion here, I'm sick and tired of drafting OL guys that don't test, he's added himself to that list.

Nah I get it. Just a gut feeling for me. I think they love his size. Love his expirence and love that he played for a top 5 power school. Just based on that he has to be in the discussion at 18. And if he's there that's why my gut says take him

Ex-Dolphins CB Xavien Howard open to pay cut to join playoff team: "How much money do you really need?"

If there was some way to sign this guy, I feel like this would complete our FA period with a strong A+ grade. Going into the draft I'd be very comfortable knowing were probably going to take a DL in the first 2 rounds.

For once in a blue moon we agree Meat! I would feel incredibly positive about our secondary not only in regards to starters but also depth. That would free us up to go big on the Dline and do what it takes to secure BPA or trade up. There is more than one way to skin a cat (fill our needs) and signing Howard would certainly be an unexpected fork in the road of this offseason.
