Jake Liscow
@JakeLiscow
The Bengals have met with distinctly more tight ends and running backs than any other position so far at the combine, as far as reported visits go.

Dane Brugler for the Athletic did his post Combine Mock Draft today.

He has the Bengals taking Offensive Tackle Anton Harrison out of Oklahoma
Harrison would be a pick for the present and the future. Because of his experience at both left and right tackle, he could serve as a swing tackle as a rookie while he continues to develop — especially his play strength. Then, with Jonah Williams in the final year of his deal, Harrison also would give the organization a long-term plan at left tackle.
In this Mock, he has 3 Tight Ends and 4 Cornerbacks being drafted before 28.

He also has the Eagles trading all the way up to 14 to get Bijan Robinson.

I'd be happy with an O-linemen at 28. I'm just not sure the team feels it's as big a priority as we fans do.

Prolly not far off. And yes, someone going after B Robinson. People saying he going to Bills at 27 or Chiefs at 30...ain't happening. I say he goes top 15 maybe 15 -20 and that's it. He ain't gonna fall.

Exactly. I mean I don't see them drafting in the first round a RT to take Collins spot who has what 3 or 4 more years on contract. Maybe Jonahs spot, but again, that's if the coaching staff sees someone who's better than Jonah and who knows, maybe they actually like Jonah. They're not drafting a replacement for Cappa, Karras or the dude at LG they drafted last year. So why draft an olinemen first when the team feels the oline is secures. It'll be TE, CB, DB or RB in first round.

If Dawand Jones is available at 28 I wouldn't hesitate in picking him. He's a confirmed house!

I think if we have the opportunity to trade down into the early 2nd and he'd be there too.

Agree. Think he'll honestly go mid 30s to late 30s maybe. Honestly the reason because this years oline class isn't truly they strong so teams are zeroing in on other positions that are.
