what's your take on the Patriots cheating?
more surprised the bengals actually have security staff...

I didn't see where they were doing any cheating do you have the article?
If they have to cheat to beat the Bengals they have bigger problems.

They filmed the Bengals sideline for 8 minutes at the game last week.
Fox actually got video of the Bengals filming what they were filming and basically telling the guy off. He claimed he was doing advanced scouting. I think Jay Glazer got a hold of it so I'm sure you can find it if you Google it.
Regardless of whether it was technically "cheating", it is completely against the rules for and Advanced Scout to film the sideline. Fox pregame was discussing how regardless of whether they needed to cheat to beat the Bengals they could gain a wealth of information on a first year head coach who they essentially had no prior scouting information on.
They definitely broke NFL rules. Whether the order came from Bellichick or Kraft or any other member of the organization, what they did was against the rules. So considering they have essentially been busted doing pretty much this exact same thing before I'm sure they aren't going to get the benefit of the doubt from the NFL.
