I'm following the US, keeping up with what I can otherwise. What a heartbreaker yesterday. Still a great result but the way it went down makes it hurt.
Hear them Bengals growling mean and angry.....

I usually try to avoid soccer like the plague. But LA is such a melting pot there’s always somebody screaming over their team around here.

You can actually hear the blonde in the next suite shouting every time Sweden or Norway or whoever gets close to scoring. The rest of the time, these people never wear any team merchandise for the Lakers, USC or the Dodgers etc…

But every 4 years this place goes nuts, the games are on EVERTYWHERE!!

Sheesh…..

Okay, I watched that whole boring thing. I'm no fan of soccer but I knew the eyes of the sports world would be on it and I didn't want to be the only one who didn't know what was going on.

I only got up for 30 seconds to relieve myself and as God is my witness .....that's when the German's scored!

Did I mention I hate soccer..... :x

I love soccer but didn't watch. Soccer is a unique sport. You either love it or hate it. Americans aren't generally patient enough to appreciate soccer.

I have an artist friend who's German, he lives in Hanover. He's done some images of Mrs. B1 but they're too risqué' for this site. I wrote him a congratulations post on Facebook. He's the only one I know who's really excited about all this crap.
