Looks like California Governor Greasy Newsom has thrown in the towel. Van Houten could be paroled as early as next week...

I wonder if she'll be put in a halfway home? Being as old as she is and locked up for as long as she has, she couldn't have much family, could she?
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

Yes, that's exactly where she went. How long she'll be there before gaining a full release is anybody's guess.
