I'll just claim the Texas makes it unique enough. My Aluminum Cowboy light lager has a silver can with blue print. A star on each side reminds some of the Dallas Cowboys star, but mine cleverly has rivets. Jerry hasn't sued me yet, and his family was drinking my beer at an event recently.
In any case, I'm donating proceeds to charity, so they'd be less likely to bother me.

Troy Aikman released a similar style called 8. When people ask why QB9? Because 9 is better than 8. Lol
