Bengals QB Joe Burrow rewards his offensive line with epic Christmas gifts
Last year, Burrow gave his line diamond-crusted Casio G-Shock watches

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow pulled out all the stops this year when it came to showing his appreciation for his offensive linemen.

The five guys up front have done a better job of keeping the star quarterback clean this season after he was beat up last year. In 2021, Burrow's 51 sacks in the regular season led the NFL. Through 15 games this season, he has been sacked 39 times.

As a reward, the Pro Bowl quarterback purchased a cruise for each member of the line, according to Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer.

The linemen will also have the option of bringing a plus-one along for the trip on Burrow's dime.

The Bengals starting offensive line features veterans Jonah Williams, Ted Karras and Alex Cappa, along with third-year guard Hakeem Adeniji and rookie Cordell Volson.

All this talk about Big Whit in the news is really irking me. They are baiting him back into something that makes no sense for him or us. He doesnt know this offense, he's not in game shape, he's already lost a ton of weight, RT is not his position, and we have two other decent options ahead of him.

I'm a bit disappointed, knowing how much of a clsssy guy Whit is, that he dropped the "never say never" line in an interview. I really hope he doesnt get caught up in the storm and entertain this. And I hope SoP isnt dumb enough in his old age to think this is a good idea. It's not, none of it, at all.

Stay retired Whit!

Charlie Goldsmith @CharlieG__
Behind Hakeem Adeniji, the Bengals have two main options at tackle: D’Ante Smith and Isaiah Prince.

If the Bengals wanted to (and if Prince is ahead of Smith on the depth chart), the Bengals could just make Prince a practice squad elevation from here on out.

They did this with WR Trent Taylor last season, calling him up for the final few games and then throughout the playoffs.

You get unlimited elevations in the playoffs. With only two regular season games left, Prince won’t hit the maximum number.

The Bengals have 12 healthy offensive linemen in the building. Among the backups, Scharping, and Smith have played both guard and tackle at some point in the NFL. Hill has played guard and center. Volson and Cartman played tackle in college.

Jay Morrison @JayMorrisonATH
In addition to the $13,367 fine for his low hit on Eli, Apple, Patriots quarterback, Mac Jones was fined an additional $10,609 for blasting B.J. Hill after the whistle on Hill’s fumble recovery that all but clinched the game.

You can say you dont like SoP, but he's not wrong. We all want Burrow forever, but money may prohibit that. I just wish he would have bit his tongue for a few more weeks. No need for this shit right now.

Hoard asked about Burrow’s contract situation going forward.

“He’s going to have a long career. We certainly want it to be here, and I think his window will extend over his whole career. But there is the fact that, when you don’t have to pay the quarterback some extraordinary amount, that leaves room to pay other players more, and therefore you can keep more players that are good players. [...]It’s Mahomes and others of that like, they seem to make it go even after they’ve gotten their payday
