Yes, but I doubt he had any say in it. It was most likely a franchise decision i.e. the Brown family.

A #Bengals source I talked to at the 2021 Senior Bowl was high on Carter. Will be interesting to see whether they put a claim in for him.

Carter's 172 scrimmage yards vs. the Bengals in 2021 remains his career high. 77 rushing yards and a TD plus 9 catches for 95 yards.

CTB is out Monday night with an ankle injury. Might miss multiple weeks. Just seems so fishy to me. You think Zac is starting to stash the veterans for next year and playing the rooks already? Surely he wouldnt do that until we were mathmatically eliminated, right?
