We truly are the most pathetic fan group in the NFL cheering for the most pathetic team. We're the Bad News Bears of sports websites. Who wants to be Buttermaker?

NFL Update @MySportsUpdate
#Bengals are planning to start QB Brandon Allen on Sunday vs. the #Giants, per @MikeGarafolo.
He was just elevated from the practice squad. He started three games last season for Denver.

Jeezus, I didn't even know he was on the team!

They apparently agree that Finley completely sucks it makes me wonder why and the hell did they keep him around as the back-up. I just hate that I am a fan of this team.

Can we just forfeit the balance of the season? There are no ticket sales left and Mikey is just spending money to fly the team around and open the stadium. Seriously, what would happen if we did forfeit the games and said it was a Covid decision? We are mathmatically eliminated and the players are concerned about their health. Who's gonna argue against that in the media?

I don't remember which Super Bowl it was but Denver was getting hammered by San Francisco. The final score was like 55-10 I think.
Mid way thru the second half Pat Summerall said to John Madden, "Well, there's no quit in these Broncos that's for sure." Madden immediately went into one of his typical tirades, "Quit!?!...they don't let you quit!! You can't just quit. You really think any of these Denver players want to be out there!?! They don't let you quit!!"
So yeah, while I agree with your sentiment Stripes they gotta play out the string.
