So I noticed every single officiating crew now has a woman working. I just wish the NFL would hire the best at the position instead of making sure there's enough diversity in every crew. The quality is obvious on the decline.

Yea, this is what happens when you're strong armed and your hand is forced. You don't get the best of the best - you get a quota hire. I've been in state government 33 years and it's really bad now.

When you hire someone for a reason other than they are the best person for the job don't be surprised if they are not very good at their job.
