Yeah. As long as this defense gets to Jackson, Allen and Mahomes I'm allllll for it.

So if Mayer drops to the 2nd, do they trade up for him? We still have a glaring weakness there.

I'm not mad at all, we need pass rusher's and this guys is very long and strong. Very talented young man, I would love to see a trade up in the mid 2nd maybe for a TE, I really like LaPorta.

Murphy a perfect fit for the Lou Anarumo edge defender body type and noted as one of the highest effort players in the draft.
Those would be top of the list for Bengals.

61 solo tackles. 37 tackles for loss. 17.5 sacks. 6 forced fumbles in 38 total games.

But he wasnt. Consensus had him early second round I believe. Mayer was the right pick here.
