The #Raiders are signing safety Marcus Epps to a two-year, $12 million deal with nearly $8M guaranteed, per source.
Epps, 27, started all 20 games for Philadelphia last season. Now he cashes in.
The Cleveland Browns have agreed to a three-year deal with DE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo. Okoronkwo will likely replace Jadeveon Clowney as Cleveland's defensive end starter opposite Myles Garrett.

Via Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the Browns are expected to sign defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson.
It reportedly will be a four-year, $57 million deal with $27.5 million guaranteed.

Not concerned about Safety at all. Little concerned with the silence on Day 1. We have some very specific needs that cannot immediately be filled by the draft. Lets see what Day 2 brings.

Most generally the team doesn't pay first-day free agents. Give it a day or two and you should see some stuff coming down the pipeline.stripesincarolina wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 9:10 amNot concerned about Safety at all. Ian Rapoport @RapSheet
The #Jaguars have agreed to terms with their own safety Andrew Wingard, source said. The #Jaguars are giving Wingard a 3-year deal worth $9.6M base value with a chance to make $13.8M. He's guaranteed $6M.

There are still several veteran Safeties out there on the market. It would not surprise me to see the team sign one to a 1-year deal and then draft his replacement later this year.stripesincarolina wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 9:10 amNot concerned about Safety at all. The most pressing problem right now is TE. The Bengals currently have no TEs under contract, not one. Most local sports writers still feel the team will re-sign Hurst but even then that leaves us with one....period.
If you figure the Bengals target CB and/or DL in the first two rounds this year then with the need for another Safety and TE there goes 4 of our 7 picks. Figure an O-linemen at some point too and 5 of our 7 picks are already spoken for. Maybe 6 if you think they'll try and add a RB too.
In any case, they ought to start getting some players under contract and soon...

We still need atleast one safety, of my two. A corner, two TEs. Mikey better start blowing the dust off that check book. I'm not going to be satisfied with a TE, CB and Safety we draft in the 7th round. So far this team had gotten weaker. I know it's early but it's a fact.

TE Waller to Giants for 3rd rounder
Josh McDaniels is doing exactly what he done in Denver to fail and get canned. 1. Get rid of Cutler (see Carr) 2. Get rid of B Marshall (see Waller)
Fcking idiot

The Denver Broncos are signing former Bengals RB Samaje Perine to a 2-year deal, per league source.
Again....weaker... not stronger....
Bates gone
Bell gone
Perine gone
2 quality starters of defense and our best rb. So far....it's still early

WHAT THE FUCK???
Zac, Duke and Mikey have to be all in on the draft and getting younger at this point. We are hemmoraging talent. Like in a really bad way. And we dont have nearly enough picks to cover that.
But seriously, why in the world would you ever let Perine go???
