I’m game for zeke. Cut mixon and bring him on

Don't get me wrong. As a life-long Buckeye fan I love Zeke but I really don't see what advantage he has over Mixon.

He's older, arguably has more miles on him and has a surgically repaired knee. He might be a better blocker but is he a better pass catcher? I don't think so.

And I don't realistically think he'll take a huge cut in pay so is he really going to be cheaper?

If Mixon will agree to re-do his contract I think that's the way to go. Draft Peestains replacement then and move on...

He would be cheaper than Mixon current contract. I do think a change of location will be very good for Zeke as being with the Cowboys wore him down.

Clearly they are keeping some big secrets, are posturing, or they have failed in their offseason plans for RB. I really think losing Perine was a kick in the nuts. They did not see that coming.

Baltimore is signing Nelson Agholor to a one-year deal worth $3.25 million, according to multiple reports.

Agholor can also earn an additional $3 million in incentives.

A first-round pick in the 2015 draft, Agholor spent his last two seasons with the Patriots. He caught 31 passes for 362 passes with two touchdowns in 2022.

After playing his first five years with the Eagles, Agholor put up his best season with the Raiders in 2020 when he caught 48 passes for 896 yards with eight touchdowns.

In eight seasons, Agholor has caught 340 passes for 4,246 yards with 31 TDs.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are signing veteran cornerback Sidney Jones to a one-year contract according to Jordan Schultz.

Jones, 26, gives Cincinnati a proven commodity in the secondary to go with Mike Hilton and Cam Taylor-Britt.

Top cornerback Chidobe Awuzie is still recovering from a torn ACL. Jones gives the Bengals another option, just in case Awuzie isn't ready for the start of the season.

Jones had 66 tackles and 10 passes defensed for the Seahawks in 2021. He only appeared in 10 games last season, splitting time in Seattle and Las Vegas.

The Eagles took Jones in the second-round (43rd overall) in the 2017 NFL Draft. He has 154 career tackles, 30 passes defensed and four interceptions in 57 career games.
