there were some bad calls.... but i honestly dont think there were any bad calls that CHANGED the game.
We got out played. the offensive line got embarrassed.

Most certainly changed the game.orange_black wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 2:05 pmi honestly dont think there were any bad calls that CHANGED the game.
The holding call missed on the last play of the game.
Block in the back on punt return to set up last drive.
IG called on Burrow on the last drive.
Missed late hit that Burrow took.

I'm with you on this one. There were some horrible calls honestly, but at the end of the day we should have been above all that. We are the better team but didn't show it on the field where it counts.orange_black wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 2:05 pmthere were some bad calls.... but i honestly dont think there were any bad calls that CHANGED the game.

Once again, both can be true.
Yes, our O-line did not play well but all the missed calls certainly added up to keep us from competing on level ground.
Would we have won anyway....? Who can tell. But the fact is we were kept from finding out in large part due to the numerous horrible calls.
And it's not just Bengal fans who are upset. Go to PFT, or Twitter etc... fans all across the country are railing about the horrible officiating last night. It's pretty much universal condemnation.
Accept from KC fans of course.

I can't buy that. Even my wife who only watches football once a year stated, wow...this is OBVIOUS who they want to win the game... I have ex chiefs Mitchell Swartz saying it was gawd awful on the Bengals calls and he's a homer!orange_black wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 2:05 pmthere were some bad calls.... but i honestly dont think there were any bad calls that CHANGED the game.

Sure, some of them were legit...the holding call on our DB, fucking flake ass dude...the 6 downs it took when the chiefs were 3rd and 9, fucking bogus...late hit on Burrow...several holding calls against Chiefs dlinemen that went u called. Sorry. But i ain't buying what you're selling.
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

NFL got what they wanted. Andy Reid against his former team and the new darling of the league, Mahomes.
