If that is the worst thing that happens to me today, I’ll be a happy man 😉

Bills opened up as 6.5 favorites. Then a wave of money came in on Cincy and now it's at 3.5 Bills.

Charlie Goldsmith @CharlieG__
Including the practice squad, the Bengals currently have 10 healthy offensive linemen.

The depth is running low. The Bengals were in a similar spot last postseason at DT, and they signed Zach Kerr and Damion Square.

What would an addition on the O-line look like this year?

For a position like OL, it makes a lot of sense to sign (1) someone with experience in the Bengals system or (2) a practice squad player (like Zach Kerr and Damion Square last year at DT) who’s in shape and ready to go.

Here are some former Bengals who are available.
Fred Johnson-T/G Eagles practice squad
Kahlil McKenzie-G Ravens practice squad
Lamont Gaillard
Quinten Spain
Trey Hopkins
Xavier Sua Filo

You can sign anyone from another practice squad, unless that player has signed a “futures contract” for 2023, which most top practice squad players do when their team is eliminated.

These are some offensive linemen on playoff teams that haven’t signed futures deals yet...
Fred Johnson
Kahlil McKenzie
Cameron Tom
Sua Opeta
Roderick Johnson
Aviante Collins
Keith Ismail
Korey Cunningham
Jimmy Murray
David Sharpe
Joey Hunter
Bobby Evans
Justin Skule
Matt Apple

Signing a practice squad player from a playoff team is what their approach was last year with Kerr and Square.

Fred Johnson, a guard/tackle on the Eagles practice squad, checks boxes. He has started for the Bengals at guard and tackle, played with Burrow and is getting reps.

I can tell you that the very last name on that list isn't anywhere close to being in football shape lol..

I think the last name on list is the one they should go with.
