Jeff Ermann @Jeff_Ermann
I was told this is - or is close to - the Big Ten's wishlist. But it's a fluid and very well-guarded process (How was the UCLA/USC news kept silent? Amazing.)

So who knows how it'll develop.

1. Notre Dame
2. Oregon
3. Stanford
4. UNC

Source not as confident in UNC as others.
UNC will never, ever leave the origins of the Big 4 (Wake, Duke, NC State, UNC) They dont carry any clout outside the ACC except in basketball and even that team isnt quite the team of old. Any other ACC teams I could see that happening. But not the core four.

They might not have an option, if it's heading for 2 super conferences then they will have to pick 1 or the other.

No I do not. The way I see things I see the Big 10 and SEC becoming the only 2 viable conferences or at least that's how it appears it's shaping into.
