So first off it's innocent until proven guilty... I'm not going to judge this one they are pretty close in age, 18 and 15 isn't that much of a difference.

It's statutory rape whether it was consensual or not. And if you read her detailed account it was certainly not consensual.

Obviously none of us know yet what exactly occurred but her account is awfully detailed to be made up out of whole cloth...

You can say that but the police in this situation said there wasn't enough evidence showing rape. I'm going to go with their report on this one for the time being.
