Yeah, the guys from the Atlantic think that pretty much seals the deal on Bates, but we'll see.

In other news, it's strange going into round two without a realistic list of 5-10 guys to hope for because they're at the back of the round and you can completely throw out the script at this point. We have no idea who will ne sitting there.

The same could be said about the first round.

The vortexs and Shamen around here are saying CB or TE. Perhaps the guy out of UCLA.

DT is also a need, but I'm not sure what kind of value will be there. It does look like some good corners will still be around. The TE from Colorado St. is another name that comes up.

I'm hearing more CB and DT here in Round 2. TE is more round 3 to 5.

Once again, it depends of who's still on the board when they come around. They may want another edge rusher with all their hearts but if none of the decent ones are there they'll have to go with Plan B.

They still need another CB and they've signaled they're looking hard at the Tight End position. I just have a feeling theirs's going to be more of these two positions available to them that late in the 2nd round.

Or someother Corner tonight.

Agree! Ita worked for Baltimore for years. How they ended up with Ogden and Ray Lewis and others.

They also had a very very good draft last night.

Gawd yes they did. My stomach sank when about a pick before Hamilton was still there. It was obvious they were gonna steal him. And then Linderbaum. Wow. They easily could have gotten 2 top 5 players last night if you wanna know the whole truth.
