The #Bengals have made a number of roster moves this morning:

Signed DE Noah Spence
Waived DT Freedom Akinmoladun, QB Eric Dungey C Lamon Gaillard and TE Cheyenne O'Grady

The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t waste any time cutting down the roster to comply with the upcoming 80-man limit this week.

Cincinnati waived the following players:

DL Freedom Akinmoladun
QB Eric Dungey
C Lamont Gaillard
TE Cheyenne O’Grady

The team also terminated the contract of safety Kavon Frazier. Breakout rookie Joseph Ossai will shift to a reserve list before undergoing what could be season-ending surgery and the team will sign defensive end Noah Spence to occupy his roster spot.

Trae Waynes just came off the field during 11 on 11 was having a really hard time putting weight on his right leg. He tossed his helmet and was just standing on the side with a trainer. They just brought ice and put it on his hamstring.

In other #Bengals news today, Zac Taylor said Xavier Su’a-Filo and Quinton Spain will start at the guard spots. Although Taylor has yet to name starters, if those are who he’s choosing to put out there with Joe Burrow in the limited reps, I’d say that’s very telling

Khalid Kareem was injured in the game today apparently. Here's what one fan tweeted....



Can confirm I had a clear view of Kareem in the blue tent appearing very emotional and many coaches and players coming up to talk to him. Could be a bad one.

The Athletic's Ben Baby suggests Joe Mixon was the Bengals' 2021 training camp MVP.

Baby continues that Mixon was asked to take on more responsibilities during camp, specifically in the passing game and pass protection, and did so en route to being voted a team captain. The entire coaching staff has also praised Mixon over the summer, leading OC Brian Callahan to wish that the 25-year-old doesn't "leave the field" on third downs...
