Not the end of the world. 4-6 weeks and he can play in a cast / brace. He just needs to make a tackle. JPP did it for a whole season in a cast after blowing his fingers off. It can be done.

I'm with Stripes on this. It sucks, but not the end of the world. We're just used to everything going to shit with this team.

At this point, nobody seems too concerned and are doing nothing but talking about what a great game he played. I've seen plenty of Linemen on both sides of the ball play with a cast on their hands.

Lapham says that it's also possible that he could have surgery to repair it and that would help him be ready for the opener. Of course, Lap's report was just going off seeing him wearing a cast on his wrist getting on the plane. We'll obviously know more after he's checked out.

I'm with Stripes on this. It sucks, but not the end of the world. We're just used to everything going to shit with this team.

No, it's not the end of the world but it's a pisser. Injuries are part of the game of course but just once I'd like to see this team get out of the pre-season without a significant one.

NFL teams have until tomorrow at 4:00 to reduce their roster to 85 players. The above move did that for the Bengals.

The next cuts come August 24th when they must go from 85 to 80 players.

Then on August 31st, the big cutdown to 53 players.
