So after losing Matt Prater to Arizona, Detroit moves quickly to replace him with Bullock, who spent the past four seasons in Cincinnati.

Assuming cap estimates for Ogunjobi ($3M) and Thomas ($1M), the Bengals currently have $17.6M in cap room. Releasing Atkins and Hart brings that up to $31.6M so plenty available to sign Reiff, Galloday, draft picks, etc.
