Can confirm. The Jets have agreed to terms with Carl Lawson. The #Bengals are losing their top pass rusher
I was crazy back when being crazy really meant something.

This sums it up.

"Here's a plan!
Let your two best defenders walk in order to save money to fix the offensive line in free agency.
And then don't fix the offensive line in free agency."

Re: 2021 Free Agency
This seems to be the general consensus of a lot of people and I can't buy into it.
I hate the "I'm glad we didn't sign Thuney for THAT price!" argument for several reasons:
A) That's what the market said he was worth
B) It's not your money
C) The team that signed him made it to two straight super bowls and we didn't
D) They were in cap trouble a week ago and worked around it. We could do that if we were remotely creative.

Re: 2021 Free Agency
THE only reason I'm half ass interested in this organization was because they drafted Burrow. My care, willingness to spend on merchandise and games went out the window a few years back. I love Burrow, thought he was a HUGE key to turn this franchise around-sorta like Palmer did in 2005ish...
I'm sorry, but the front office couldn't give 2 fcks less about this team. They don't care if Burrow gets killed on the field. They preach free agency and the only fcking person they signed so far has been Clark Harris?? Just lost our only pass rush weapon. I don't wanna hear about Sam Hubbard, he's average at best, sorry.
These other teams making moves, Pat's, Raiders, Chargers, Browns, Rats all will.be Playoff teams, all the while we'll be lucky to win 5 games.
Absolutely pathetic first day boys. I'm proud of yall who have hope, but my hope has been gone years back. Stay enthused, stay thinking positive, wish and pray for this or that. But fair warning.... you'll be making this same post one of these days.

Build thru the draft!!
BTW, Twitter buzzing the Bengals are super amazed with these contracts and guaranteed money the players are getting and they gonna sit out until prices come way down lmao!
Go to bed boys. Come back a few weeks from now when they sign some more Bobby Hart's.

Re: 2021 Free Agency
I'm pissed but willing to give them a little more time.
If they sign a couple of new O-linemen and a new DE plus maybe a new CB we'll be better off than we were last season. Then draft Penile or Slater and suddenly we're much better.
Plus we have six more rounds to get more defensive help and more depth on the O-line.
It ain't over till the fat lady sings and I don't see any brass boobies or horns just yet...

Duke Tobin- “We’re going to be aggressive, we have money to spend, blah blah blah.”
Horseshit. We should’ve known they were going to pull to football away at the last second once again.

OT, OG, OC, TE, LB, CBS (2), Safety, DT, DE, OLB
Gonna take more than a few signings and 7 rounds to even consider winning 6 games this year.
