Not letting Zak off the hook that easily. He is over his head. SoP spent a crap ton of money this summer (am guessing Zak wanted those players) and Zak wanted to spend 18 mil on a washed up AJ. SoP isn't the reason Dunlap, Atkins and Green played unmotivated that is 100% on Zak.

I tend to agree with this.

I'm one of SoP's biggest critics but even I have to admit he's softened somewhat over the years. Whether due to Marvin's influence or just old age he's not the same skin-flint he was in the 90s and early 00s.

He spent like a drunken sailor this past off-season. It didn't get them very far but he spent. It's Taylor that got very little out of that return....
