Cats vs Clowns Predictions & Chat Thread

Post by Bengals1 » Mon Sep 14, 2020 10:18 am

Okay, we lost a game we could have won or at least tied. But that was yesterday and yesterday's gone. (Shades of Chad & Jeremy! )

Short week with the game on Thursday so no time to wallow in the mire (Shades of The Doors! )

The Clowns looked awful yesterday on the road against one of the best teams in the league and we.....well, we looked like the Bungles. Do we go up north and even our record or fall to 0-2?

What say you....?

bengals win.

i think the team, especially mixon and aj are bitter.

Burrow will raise some eyebrows.

Bengals win on the way to 15-1.

Even though the Browns looked absolutely horrible against the Ravens, we arent the Ravens right now and have a few issues of our own. The Browns moved TE David Njoku to IR today so that definitely helps our cause.

Browns will be scrappy to avoid 0-2, so will we. I say we're still the better team on paper but the chemistry is still lacking. We'll hit a few more speedbumps.

RG Xavier Su'a Filo looks to be out a few weeks with his ankle injury. Price has an opportunity to shine here and win this starting job. Lets hope he steps up to the task.

Burrow seems to relish high pressure situations. He showed that in the last drive of the game. His first prime time game should fuel him.

On the otherhand, Browns running backs will keep it close.

Couldn't be much worse!

I think this is a coin flip type of game--neither team is good, but both have some good pieces. I'm not writing the Brownies off for dead just yet, but I think we can and will come out on the top of a hard-fought game.

Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero)
The #Bengals are claiming kicker Austin Seibert off waivers from the #Browns, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo.
With Randy Bullock’s status in question, Seibert could end up kicking against his old team on Thursday night.

I think this is a smart move but I hope he's got better luck here then he did in Cleveland. Didn't he miss 2 FG's last week?
