I want all you folks to do me a favor, cuz I like you, prepare as if we're going to be fucked. And I mean in your personal and professional lives, not just football sesson. Worst case we're all wrong and we will celebrate a Week 1 kickoff in a bar with no masks.
We can take the whole economic impact discussion elsewhere but I'm fairly certain nobody is going to like whats on the horizon.

Realistically I say we're 500 with the off season overhaul. I think we could've upgraded the offensive line. Maybe they're thought process was why bring in someone that is not 100 percent better than what we have. I don't know, time will tell.

Stripes, while I hope you're wrong, I won't be surprised if you're right, and I'm taking the possibility seriously. Better to plan for the worst and be wrong than vice versa.stripesincarolina wrote: ↑Tue May 05, 2020 8:34 pmI want all you folks to do me a favor, cuz I like you, prepare as if we're going to be fucked. All the Cincy beat writers I follow on Twitter claim the O-line preformed much better in the last half of the season. I no longer have DirectTV thus I no longer have the Sunday Ticket feature so I saw very little of their games last year.Mr. Oblivious wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 6:50 amRealistically I say we're 500 with the off season overhaul. But they claim the coaching staff is happy with where the O-line is at. We'll see....

I know you should all prepare but again I'm seeing a lot of information that will show we will be back to normal sooner than we all think.

Re: Expectations for 2020 Season
I believe the line got a lot better once we grabbed the guy from Pittsburgh, Fred Johnson PE Jackson. Our guard play is week but started some young guys. I’m hoping another year will improve chemistry. Lines are complicated. It’s talent but also communication. The more a line plays together the better they get. My hope is the second aspect will improve this year.Bengals1 wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 10:41 amAll the Cincy beat writers I follow on Twitter claim the O-line preformed much better in the last half of the season.
