Sadly the interest just wasn't there in the end. Per an ESPN push alert I just received, the Bengals have released Andy Dalton.

Andy was a classy guy, I heard he called Burrow night of the draft and welcomed him to the team. I wish they would have tried to restructure his deal to keep him for a few more years but I'm sure he thinks he can compete for a starting role somewhere.

I predict he ends up in either New England or Jacksonville. I think he's perfect for New England based on who is available. I just don't see Cam Newton as a New England Quarterback. I think he fits better in Jacksonville.

Could still end up somewhere else. Hell, if the Bears really like him better than Foles but just didn't want to give up what the Bengals were asking, they can still grab him now without giving up anything. I'd take Dalton/Foles over Trubisky.

It's sometimes impossible to tell what is and what isn't sarcasm on here. I've never met anyone on here in person to base that off of.

Thanks Andy as a 2nd round pick you have out performed most of 1st round QB taken in the NFL the last ten years hopefully your replacement in not included on that list.

Seriously folks a lot of you have had the chance to meet in person which gives you all the experience of how ppl communicate. LOL I'm not Drax in person and hopefully someday I'll get to meet some of you folks in person.
