Re: The only story line: Draft Pick Order
With two weeks remaining, the Bengals hold a two game lead for the No. 1 pick in the 2020 draft. They can clinch the top pick with a loss next week at Miami or vs the Browns at home to wrap-up the season.
Also in the mix for the top pick: 3-11 Dolphins, 3-11 Redskins. IF the Bengals were to win their final two games and finish tied with ANY of those teams the Bengals would lose a strength of schedule tiebreaker. (The team facing the easier schedule wins a tie).

Re: The only story line: Draft Pick Order
If you draft Burrow, you absolutely keep Green. They already missed their opportunity to trade him. When they turned down offers at the trade deadline, they pretty much guaranteed his return. Having Green in the lineup with Boyd, Tate, and Ross will be a huge help. Also who would the team ever sign that's better?
OL help should be coming with Jonah. Use your second rd pick on a RT. This draft seems to be deep at OL this year. Another scenario is that Glenn stays at LT and you plug Jonah in at RT. Glenn has played great since coming back. Miller is serviceable at RG. Hopkins seems like a solid center, but his play has petered off some in the last few games. Hopefully the light comes on for Price. He flashes at times, but also sucks balls at other times. Rumor has it that he's been battling back issues.
LB is less of an issue. Pratt is slowly getting better with each game. Vigil, believe it or not, has been a top 10 LB since the bye according to PFF.
From a talent prospective we are not as bad off as some may think. The biggest change this team needs is coaching. On offense, this team has had a healthy Eifert, but refuses to use him. The coaches would rather call plays that get the ball to undrafted receivers, rather than a pro bowl caliber TE. On defense, they continue to drop their linemen into coverage. Almost everytime they do so, offenses see it and take advantage. What is it about trying the same thing over again and expecting a different result?
Now there has been some improvements, so maybe the staff is slowly learning how to coach these players. Perhaps an overhaul is not necessary. Perhaps it is. The fact is coaches matter. Too often this season this staff has failed to utilize their players to the best of their abilities. Too often they forced the players into scheme, rather than building schemes around their players. That needs to change.

good points mag. i think you have to at least tag green. you can't just let him walk
DE seems in a decent spot but you can tell Geno is long in the tooth and DT needs an upgrade
OL for sure needs work but we are starting to run the ball a bit better
LB has improved which shows how bad preston brown was omg. still dont have that game changer there though
could use an upgrade in the secondary as well
