If I remember correctly it was with Cleveland but the name is escaping me. Was it Shaun Rogers?

I’m 2008 the Bengals got Shaun Rogers from the Lions. For whatever reason it didn’t get finalized and he instead went to Cleveland. I knew the Browns were involved.
