Bengals sign B.W. Webb

The move reunites the 28-year-old with Anarumo, who served as the Giants secondary assistant last season when Webb started 13 games and recorded 59 total tackles and an interception. It also indicates the Bengals and slot corner Darqueze Dennard will likely part ways. Dennard, the team's first-round draft pick in 2014, became an unrestricted free agent Wednesday and sources have said he wants a shot to play and get paid as an outside cornerback.

So... is this good news? Bad news?

Well, according to Pro Football Focus, he has a lower grade than Dennard and he is older than Dennard. So I'm not sure anyone can say this is good news.

But, I wouldn't say it's bad news either. I'd still rather they took a little of that money they gave to Hart and overpay a little bit to keep Dennard. But whatever. It's not like DD was a superstar or anything.
