I already said that one of the Tyler's is going. I think Kroft may be the victim here since they seem likely to give Eiffert another go. If they draft a mid-round TE then Kroft is completely expendable. And you still have Fisher out there as a TE project now.

Bills signed TE Tyler Kroft to a three-year, $18.75 million contract.
He will compete for playing time with Jason Croom, Logan Thomas, and perhaps a draft pick. The Bengals' third-round pick in 2015, Kroft averaged fewer than ten yards per reception across four seasons in Cincinnati, although he did score seven touchdowns in 2017. Kroft missed virtually all of last season with a broken foot...
