Great idea Mag, done.

Could you add a running total of players so we have an idea of where we are in total as well? Any way to add salary so we know the CAP numbers?

If we look at free agency and the draft based on the current roster, we are hurting at WR. After WR, safety is the next need. The rest is depth at interior OL, LB, interior DL.

I'm thinking this is a year we try to trade down to get extra picks. Even if we bring back Nelson/Iloka, Pac/Hall, Jones/Sanu, plus a few bargain role players, we are still looking thin at key spots.

Looks like we may have close to 38 mill available. Probably only about 25 after rookie and injury pool.

Great site Mag, thanks for sharing, interesting to see how it breaks down.

One that stuck out to me is Peko with that large a cap number he's just not worth it any more, same for Hunt.

With Whit re-signed for two more years you really think they'll let their former #1 pick Oogie-Boogie sit behind him at LT?

My guess is he'll be our new RT for the foreseeable future and not Fisher. Then, when Whit leaves after 2017 they'll transition Oogie to his more natural position.

I agree that our tackles will be Whit and Big O. Not sure who'll play which side. Fisher can play almost every position on the line and has flexibility. He'll be a rotational guy and may be insurance for Zeitler. Fisher also participated in some trick plays last year. He will probably continue to do that.

I copied this from another thread. Much of the depth positioning was based on last season.
