Ignoring the drivel shared by Douchebag1, I agree with the sentiments that both sides are at fault. When the Titanic was sinking there were no distinctions made between crew and passengers when they were side by side on the rail. Once the rail reached the water, which side of the manifest you were on didn't mean shit. These pro sports franchises cannot withstand a season off. And in that regard I think the unions (which have won some mighty concessions in recent years) are ill-serving their clients, players, by these silly holdouts over money. The owners are likely pinned to wall here. They are absorbing 100% of the financial hits from jersey sales to ticket revenues. They're all douchebags, like their leader B1, but in this instance the players are cutting holes in the hull and expecting the boat is still gonna float.
