The red jersey by itself looks appealing. However with the black pants, it looks like a massive wedgie going on.

The Bucs got rid of their alarm clock numerals and the Birds picked them up.
I don't like that block ATL on the upper chest either. They look like arena league uniforms...

Patriots tweak their uniforms too. Other than the shoulder stripe I don't really see any difference....

I really like the all dark blue with the dark blue lightning bolt. I'm not a big fan of the Chargers colors in general but I do like the design. The numbers on the helmets and the lightning bolt down the leg are both nice touches.

It's a tweak rather than a redesign, I can live with it.
At this point I'd be happy if we just got rid of the lazy "B".
